Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp black sesame seeds
12 Hill Country Fare Chicken Wings, (whole wings, not separated into sections)
1/4 cup(s) grapeseed oil, divided use
10 whole green onions
1 cup(s) H-E-B Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
1 Tbsp low salt soy sauce
3 drops black food coloring, (optional)

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder and sesame seeds.

Wash wings in cool running water and pat dry. Rub lightly on all sides with all but 2 teaspoons of oil then sprinkle generously with sesame seeds mixture. Rub remaining oil on green onions.

In another small bowl, whisk together raspberry chipotle, soy sauce and food coloring.

Grill wings on both sides until fully cooked through, about 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF. Baste with raspberry chipotle glaze for the last 3 to 4 minutes.

During the last 2 to 3 minutes, toss green onions on grill to wilt and char a little. Makes a great wilted garnish for wings.
