Asian Pork & Cabbage Stir Fry

Instructions

Cut onion and pepper into thin strips.

Heat a large nonstick skillet 2 minutes over Medium-High heat. Add pork and cook 1 minute per side.

Pour in 1 carton (1/4 cup) Asian Splash; turn pork to coat and cook 1 more minute. Remove pork to a plate; cover to keep warm.

Add oil to skillet; stir-fry onion and bell pepper 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp tender.

Add vinegar and remaining splash; stir to blend. Then add cole slaw; cook 1 minute until slaw is wilted. Serve with pork.
