1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Baker's Scoop All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Ground Nutmeg
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup(s) sugar
4 Tbsp margarine, softened
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Applesauce
1 H-E-B Large Grade AA Egg, whites only
2 Tbsp H-E-B Fat Free Milk
2 Tsp pure vanilla extract
3 cup(s) quick oats
1 cup(s) raisins

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Lightly spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.

In medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; mix well.

In large bowl beat sugars and margarine until well blended.

Add applesauce, egg whites, milk and vanilla; beat well.

Stir in flour mixture.

Stir in oats and raisins. (Dough will be moist).

Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.

Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store tightly covered.
