1 H-E-B Natural Pork Spareribs, rinsed and patted dry
3/4 cup(s) True Texas BBQ Sweet TX Heat Rub
1 1/2 cup(s) Apple Cider Brown Sugar Glaze, see heb.com for recipe

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Set aside.

Using a paper towel, grasp and pull the membrane from the back side of the ribs and discard.

Season ribs with True Texas BBQ Seasoning then press seasoning into ribs to keep it in place. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 90 minutes.

During last half hour of cook time, sauce ribs with glaze every 10 minutes (a total of 3 times). Remove from oven and sauce one more time. Rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
