Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp Canola oil
2 Tbsp Garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp fresh ginger root, minced
4 Oz mushrooms, diced
1 Lb Plant based ground beef
1 cup(s) Julienned carrots
4 cup(s) green cabbage, finely shredded, divided use
1/2 cup(s) Green onions, sliced
1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
1/4 cup(s) Coconut aminos

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and mushrooms, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add Beyond Beef, breaking into crumbles, and cook until brown.

Add carrots and half of cabbage, and continue to cook until cabbage has wilted.

Stir in green onions, vinegar, and coconut aminos. Simmer for 2 minutes, cover, and remove from heat.

To build bowl, place a small amount of raw shredded cabbage in the bottom of a bowl, and top with egg roll mixture. Garnish with cilantro, bean sprouts, or sesame seeds.
