Turkey Bacon Lettuce Avocado

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

3 cup(s) turkey, shredded
1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
4 Tsp Organic Whole Grain Mustard
6 bacon slices, cooked
1/2 red onions
1 Large Hass avocado, gently mashed
1 tomato, sliced thick
4 red lettuce leaves
4 ciabatta sandwich rolls, toasted

Instructions

Slice the rolls in half, place in the toaster and gently toast. Spread mayo and mustard onto the inside of the toasted bread.

On the bottom half of the bun, place the leafy lettuce then layer turkey, bacon tomato and onion.

Top with smashed avocado.
