Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

4 tilapia fillets, 6 ounce portions
1 Tsp H-E-B Cayenne Pepper Seasoning
1 Tsp McCormick Paprika
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp lime(s), two juiced, one cut into wedges
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cucumber(s), sliced
8 H-E-B Yellow Corn Tortillas
1 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped
8 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt

Instructions

Grease grill then heat to high.

Season fish with cayenne pepper, paprika, salt and black pepper. Place on hot grill until cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove and break into piece sand set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine lime juice and oil. Add cucumber slices and toss to coat.

Serve fish in tortillas with cucumber, cilantro, yogurt and lime wedges.
