2 Lb Fully Cooked H-E-B Brisket, thinly sliced
1 cup(s) Better Than Good Texas Moppin' Sauce
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Chicken Broth
1 sweet onion, sliced thin
1 green bell peppers, sliced thin
1 cup(s) zucchini, diced
10 corn tortillas
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Natural Cheese Mexican Blend

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Place fully cooked brisket in oven safe shallow baking pan and gently pull slices apart.

Pour sauce and chicken stock over brisket. Cover with foil and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

While brisket is warming through, heat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat and grill or sauté onion, bell pepper and zucchini until tender/crisp.

To build tacos, toast corn tortillas in a warm skillet or toaster oven just until lightly crisp and fill with a few slices of sauced brisket, shredded cheese and roasted veggies.
