1 pkg. All Natural Central Market Quick Cook Grains Bulgur & Red Quinoa, cooked according to directions
1 cup(s) parsley, chopped
1 cup(s) cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 hot house cucumbers, diced
1/4 cup(s) La Conserva Della Nonna Sweet Pepper Cream
1/4 cup(s) olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1 Tsp kosher salt

Prepare grains bulgur and red quinoa according to package directions. Remove from heat, transfer to a baking sheet and place in refrigerator to cool.
