12 Oz fresh green beans, ends trimmed
2 thick-sliced bacon, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) sweet onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup(s) Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Hatch Chile Jalapeno Jam
1/2 Tsp Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub

Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil in a 4-quart pot.

Cook beans in boiling water 3 minutes; drain well.

Meanwhile, chop bacon. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until just beginning to brown – about 8 minutes.

Add onion; cook 5 minutes or until onion is tender.

Remove skillet from heat and stir in relish and Adams rub. Add green beans (cooked and drained); toss to coat. Serve warm.
