12 Oz pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
1/8 Tsp kosher salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
2 garlic, minced
1/2 Tsp crushed red pepper
1 cup(s) yellow onion, thin sliced
6 1/2 Oz H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Pasta, break noodles in half
2 cup(s) H-E-B Green Beans, frozen

Instructions

Season pork with salt and pepper.

Combine pork, canola oil, red bell pepper, garlic, and crushed red pepper in a bowl.

Heat large heavy bottom skillet over high heat 3 minutes.

Add pork mixture and stir-fry 2 minutes.

Add onions and pasta and stir-fry 2 more minutes.

Add green beans and 2 cups water to skillet and bring mixture to a boil over high heat.

Cover, reduce heat to low and cook 10 minutes or until pasta is tender and has absorbed the liquid.
