Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 cup(s) chardonnay
2 cup(s) water
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Latin-N-Lime Seasoning Rub
1 fresh garlic clove, cut in half horizontally
1 large white onion, sliced
1 bunch of cilantro, stems only leaves reserved for garnish
4 lime, cut in half, juiced and added to pot
1 Lb fresh okra, cut in half
4 ears of corn on the cob, cut in half
1 Lb jalapeno smoked sausage, cut into chunks
4 Oz unsalted butter
2 Lb crab clusters

Instructions

In a large stock pot, add wine, water, Adams seasoning, garlic, onions, cilantro stems, and limes. Bring mixture to a boil.

Lower heat to medium, then add okra, corn, and jalapeño sausage. Cook 15 to 20 minutes then add butter and crab clusters. Cook an additional 8 to 10 minutes.

Strain liquid then pour onto a giant platter and season to taste as needed and garnish with remaining cilantro leaves.
