1 cup(s) chicken broth
2 Tsp kosher salt
4 ham hocks
2 Tsp red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp Humble House Ancho & Morita Sauce, plus more for topping
1 Lb H-E-B Collard Greens

Add water, broth, salt, ham hocks, red wine vinegar and ancho sauce to a large pot. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, cover, and cook 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium-low and add collard greens, do not stir. Cover and cook 30 minutes.

Stir collard greens and cook an additional 30 to 45 minutes or until tender. Increase temperature slightly if necessary.

Before serving, top collard greens with additional ancho sauce.
