10 Oz H‑E‑B Organics Frozen Steamable Chopped Spinach Leaves, thawed and well drained
1/3 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Italian Bread Crumbs
2 H‑E‑B Peeled Garlic Cloves, minced
1 large H‑E‑B Grade AA Cage Free Large White Eggs
1 cup(s) Kraft Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded, divided use
3 Tbsp Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided use
1/2 Lb H‑E‑B Organics Whole Wheat Spaghetti, uncooked, broken in half
24 Oz Classico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

Place first 5 ingredients, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Shape into 18 meatballs, using about 2 Tbsp. of mixture for each. Arrange on prepared baking sheet.

Bake 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. While meatballs bake, cook spaghetti per package directions, omitting salt. At the same time, heat pasta sauce in a separate saucepan.

Drain spaghetti then transfer to a platter. Combine meatballs and sauce, and spoon over spaghetti. Sprinkle remaining cheeses over the top and serve.
