2 Tbsp organic olive oil
1 organic red bell pepper, sliced
1 organic green bell pepper, sliced
1 Poblano pepper, sliced
1 organic red onion, sliced
1 Tsp organic garlic powder
1 cup(s) Ragu Organic Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 H-E-B Midtown Pizza Crust
1 cup(s) organic spinach, chopped
6 Oz organic mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine olive oil, peppers, onion, and garlic powder together in a bowl and toss until combined and thoroughly coated.

Place peppers and onion slices onto a foil-lined baking sheet or Pyrex baking dish.

Roast peppers and onion slices until tender and edges begin to brown. Carefully remove from oven and set aside.

Spread half cup of pasta sauce onto pizza crust. Top with half of the roasted peppers and onion, some spinach, and half of the cheese.

Repeat on second crust.

Bake both pizzas for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
