1 mamey sapote
1 Tbsp H-E-B Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Patty's Herbs Chives, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

While oven is heating, cut mamey sapote in half and remove seed.

Place both halves skin-side down and spread oil over the fruit side.

Season with a pinch of salt then wrap tightly with foil (like a sweet potato).

Place in oven and roast for 15 minutes.

Remove from foil and garnish with chives. Serve hot.
