Roasted Butternut Squash With Sage Honey Butter

3 Lb whole butternut squash, peeled, deseeded and diced
1 Tbsp sage leaves, finely chopped
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp Whataburger Honey Butter Sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Toss squash with sage, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Place squash on a sheet pan and roast 30 to 45 minutes or until squash is soft and starting to brown.

Remove from oven and while hot toss with honey butter sauce to coat.
