25 Oz Hill Country Fare 5 Cheese Ravioli
1 medium roma tomato, chopped
1 medium zucchini, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 cup(s) Tomatillo Salsa Verde
1 cup(s) shredded monterrey jack cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 425°F.

Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Evenly arrange the cheese ravioli in the prepared baking dish.

Top ravioli with tomato, zucchini and onion.

Pour tomatillo sauce over the ravioli casserole.

Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.

Remove dish from oven and top casserole with cheese.

Bake for 5-10 more minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
