1/2 cup(s) H-E-B® Real Egg Substitute
1/2 cup(s) honey mustard (plus extra for dipping)
3 cup(s) hard pretzel twists
1 Tsp pepper
1 Tsp paprika
1 Lb chicken breast, cut into 8 strips

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 375 F.

In a mixing bowl, combine egg substitute and honey mustard. Set aside.

In a large plastic bag, combine pretzels, pepper, and paprika. With bag sealed, crush pretzels into coarse crumbs. Transfer to a bowl.

Dip chicken into egg mixture and then dip in pretzel mixture.

Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake 20 minutes, turning chicken once after 10 minutes.

Serve with extra honey mustard for dipping.
