2 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Whole Wheat All-Purpose Baking Mix
1 1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Fat Free Milk
15 Oz H-E-B Traditional Pizza Sauce
2 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded 2% Mozzarella Cheese
10 H-E-B Pepperoni Slices
1 cup(s) H-E-B 3 Color Peppers
1 cup(s) Matchstick Carrots
2 Hill Country Fare large Grade A Eggs, yolk only
1/4 Tsp Mccormick Food Color Red
1/4 Tsp Mccormick Food Color Green
1 small tomato
2 H-E-B Manz Olives w/Pimento

Heat oven to 450°F.

Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine baking mix and milk in bowl. Stir with a fork until soft dough forms. Turn onto surface sprinkled with flour. Shape into 20 small balls.

Using a rolling pin or tortilla press, shape each ball in a 3 1/2 inch diameter (1/4-inch thick).

Arrange 10 rounds on prepared baking sheet. Spread 2 teaspoons pizza sauce on each; top with 1 1/2 Tablespoons shredded cheese, 1 pepperoni slice, 1 teaspoon 3 color peppers and 1 1/2 Tablespoons shredded cheese.

Arrange 3 carrot matchsticks on each side of every pizza for legs. Moisten edges of crust and top with dough round. Seal edges with a fork.

Place each egg yolk in a small bowl and add 1 teaspoon red in one and green in the other; stir to blend. Decorate tops with different caterpillar designs.

Bake 10 minutes or until cooked through.

Arrange on a platter in a zigzag pattern and garnish the head with a tomato and olives for eyes using toothpicks to secure.
