Recipe makes 6 Servings

12 H-E-B Flour Tortillas
1 cup(s) H-E-B Puttanesca Pasta Sauce
12 H-E-B Natural Sliced Provolone Cheese
1 green bell peppers, seeds removed and thin sliced
1 tomato, thin sliced
1/2 red onion, thin sliced

Instructions

Heat oven to 450°F.

Line two baking sheets with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Place 3 tortillas on each sheet pan.

Spread each with 1 1/2 tablespoons pasta sauce.

Place 1 slice of HEB Provolone cheese over sauce and top with 3 slices each of bell pepper, tomato and onion.

Top the pizza-dillas with another slice of cheese and tortilla and spray the top with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake in oven for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven, turn pizza-dillas over and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.

Remove from oven, let cool 5 minutes and place on cutting surface.

Cut into wedges and serve
