2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/2 cup(s) Central Market Roasted Tomatillo Salsa
1/2 Tsp ground cumin
1 Tsp lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season to taste as needed.

Chef's Note: I like to spread this on my tortillas for tacos, it helps everything to adhere to the tortilla. You can also up the heat by adding serranos or jalapeños.
