1 Tbsp Rustico Unfilitered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 3 oz. pkg. H-E-B Delicatessen Sliced Traditional Prosciutto
1 16 oz. pkg. frozen peas

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium. Add prosciutto and cook on both sides until crisp. Remove to a plate and reserve.

Add peas to same pan and cook 5 to 6 minutes, tossing occasionally, until cooked through.

Remove from heat, crumble in prosciutto and serve.
