7 Oz H-E-B Diced Onions & Celery
2 garlic, finely chopped
1 carrots, chopped
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Lb Italian turkey sausage
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 Tsp crushed red pepper
14 1/2 Oz H-E-B Italian Diced Tomatoes
3/4 cup(s) Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth
19 Oz Progresso Cannellini Beans
1 cup(s) shell pasta, cooked
2 Tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

In 2 quart saucepan, sauté onion,celery, garlic, and carrots in oil for 2 - 4 minutes.

Remove skin from sausage

In the same saucepan cook sausage and crumble while browning.

Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, canned tomatoes and chicken broth.

Simmer for 30 minutes, and add beans and pasta shells.

Garnish with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese
