3/4 cup(s) 1% H-E-B Lowfat Buttermilk
1 H-E-B Extra Large Eggs
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fair Pecans, finely chopped
1 Lb H-E-B Natural Chicken Tenders
1 Dipping Sauce combine the following:
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Southwest Marinade
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream

Heat oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with a wire rack; spray sheet and rack with non-stick cooking spray.

Whisk buttermilk with egg in a shallow bowl.

Combine crushed chips and pecans on plate or sheet of wax paper.

Dip chicken in buttermilk, then breading mixture; turning to coat both sides. Transfer to baking sheet.
