1 Tsp Hill Country Fare Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Grade A Medium Amber Maple Syrup
2 Tsp H-E-B Fine Crystals Mediterranean Sea Salt
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper, ground

Preheat oven to 350°F. While oven heats, add drained sweet potatoes, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.

Using a potato masher, mash sweet potato mixture until thoroughly combined with only small chunks of sweet potato remaining.

Add eggs, heavy whipping cream, and melted butter and whisk well to combine. Pour into an 8 X 8-inch pan then gently tap to level casserole and remove air bubbles.

Bake 40 minutes then remove from oven. Arrange mini marshmallows on top of casserole and bake 5 to 6 more minutes until marshmallows are just browned on top. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
