Ingredients

Recipe makes 24 Servings

8 Oz Prime 1 Brisket Steak Burger, crumbled & cooked
12 Oz H-E-B Pico de Gallo
1 H-E-B Easy Melt Queso Blanco
1 15 oz. can no salt added black beans, rinsed & drained
6 fl oz whole milk
2 Large Hass avocado, diced
1 bag, H-E-B Casa Magnífica Tortilla Chips

Instructions

Heat a medium nonstick skillet on medium-high.

Add cooked beef and pico de gallo. Cook a couple of minutes then remove from heat.

In a medium size saucepan, combine cheese, beans, milk, and beef mixture.

Place on low heat and cook until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.

To serve, place diced avocados in the bottom of a large bowl or dish and top with queso. Serve with tortilla chips.
