1/4 cup(s) KAME Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, skin peeled then grated or minced
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Sambal Oelek Chili Paste
2 Tbsp La Tourangelle Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tsp mirin
1 lime, juiced
4 crab clusters

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger, minced garlic, chili paste, sesame oil, mirin and lime juice. Whisk to combine.

In a large bowl, add crab clusters and toss to coat.

Place crab on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until crab is fragrant.

Cool slightly before serving with your favorite sides.
