Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb red potatoes, size c (about 12-14)
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 green onions
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper

Instructions

Wash potatoes, cut in half and place in a microwave-safe dish. Dot potatoes with butter.

Cover and microwave on high power 8-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.

While potatoes cook, chop green onions.

Toss potatoes with green onions, salt and pepper.

Cover to keep warm until ready to serve.
