Maple Poached Golden Berries

1 cup(s) Navitas Organic Golden Berries
1 cup(s) The Maple Guild Barrel Aged Maple Vinegar
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Mesquite Honey, or any quality honey
1/4 Tsp kosher salt

Instructions

In a small stainless steel pot, add golden berries, vinegar, honey and salt.

Bring to a simmer then lower heat and allow berries to steep for at least 30 to 45 minutes or until berries are very soft.

Remove from heat, place in a container, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Chef's Note: I like to add these to salads, top over seafood or chicken as part of a sauce, or added to salad dressings.
