2/3 cup(s) water
1 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 cup(s) pancake mix
1 Oz slices fully cooked bacon

Instructions

Preheat waffle iron.

Mix water, oil, maple syrup and pancake mix; Blend well (somewhat lumpy batter makes light, fluffy waffles).

Heat chopped bacon in microwave according to package directions.

Spoon 1/4 cup batter into hot iron and immediately add approximately 1 tablespoon bacon per waffle.

Close waffle iron and cook according to waffle iron directions.
