Ingredients

Recipe makes 5 Servings

2 Tsp olive oil
6 Tbsp Kikkomon Gluten Free Soy Sauce
2 Tsp ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp ground cumin
1 Lb lamb, cubed for stew
1 large mango, peeled and cut in 2-inch pieces
1 Lb red onions, cut in 2-inch pieces
1 large orange bell pepper
1 large green bell peppers, cut in 2-inch pieces
8 Oz button mushrooms, washed

Instructions

Prepare grill to medium heat.

Submerge wooden skewers in water and soak until ready to use.

In a medium bowl, add olive oil, soy sauce, nutmeg, garlic powder, cinnamon, cumin and lamb. Toss well to coat and set aside to marinate.

Thread skewers as desired, adding a few cubes of lamb, mango, onion, bell peppers and whole button mushrooms.

Grill 15 minutes, turning skewers every 5 minutes to cook evenly, or until lamb is fully cooked.
