Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 Tbsp pure olive oil
1 Lb ground pork
1/3 cup(s) orange juice
1/4 cup(s) green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
3/4 Tbsp H-E-B® That Green Sauce
12 corn tortillas
1/2 cup(s) queso fresco, crumbled
1 1/2 cup(s) romaine lettuce, shredded

Instructions

Add oil to a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add pork and brown 10 to 12 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium and add orange juice. Allow juice to reduce and simmer into pork until mostly absorbed.

Add green onion, cilantro and finish with sauce. Set aside.

In a clean skillet, toast corn tortillas until slightly puffy, soft and warm.

Build tacos by spooning pork into tortillas and topping with queso fresco and lettuce.
