Recipe makes 3 Servings

1 Lb ground turkey
1/4 Tsp sea salt
1/4 Tsp garlic powder
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup(s) The Jank Original BBQ Sauce
12 Hawaiian dinner rolls
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix turkey and spices.

Form turkey into small 2 inch patties.

Melt coconut oil in pan at medium-high heat and sauté patties until golden brown on the outside and meat is well done, about 6 to 8 minutes.

Add Jank BBQ Sauce.

Remove patties and place on bun then top with peppers.
