Recipe makes 4 Servings

12 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Italian Style Chicken Meatballs
1 cup(s) marinara sauce
2 cup(s) instant brown rice
1/2 cup(s) sweet onion, diced
1/4 cup(s) red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup(s) green bell peppers, diced

Instructions

Heat meatballs according to package directions.

Pour marinara in a sauce pan and heat on low setting until ready to serve.

In a 1 1/2 quart pot, bring 1 3/4 cups water to a boil.

Add rice, onion and bell peppers to pot and return to a boil.

Cover and simmer rice 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.

Remove from heat and let rice stand 5 minutes before fluffing lightly with a fork.

Place meatballs over rice and drizzle with marinara.
