Ingredients

Recipe makes 12 Servings

16 Oz Frozen green beans
4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp Red onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
2 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook green beans according to package directions, drain and place in a large bowl.

Add the chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic and basil to the green beans and toss to combine.

Combine the red wine vinegar, olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese in a small jar with lid and shake well to combine.

Add the dressing to the salad.

Cover the bowl and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
