2 Lb H-E-B Natural Ground Lamb
1/2 cup(s) Mina Red Harissa
2 Tsp cumin
2 Tsp coriander
1 Tsp ground fennel
1 Tbsp paprika
2 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed to taste
2 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed
1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper, plus more as desired for heat
3 garlic cloves, minced or zested
1/3 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to fully develop.

While meat is marinating, preheat grill to medium high heat, approximately 350 to 375˚F.

Shape meat into 6 to 8 patties, approximately 4 to 5 ounces each.
