1 pie crust
3 large eggs, beaten
1 Tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup(s) light brown sugar
1 cup(s) light corn syrup
1 1/4 cup(s) whole pecans

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Place frozen pie shell on a baking sheet and set aside.

Blend together eggs, vanilla, brown sugar and corn syrup in a bowl; add pecans. Pour into pie shell.

Cover edge of pie crust with foil and bake on middle oven rack 40 to 45 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
