5 Hatch or Anaheim peppers
1 large white onion, sliced
3 H-E-B Peeled Garlic Cloves, smashed
1 cup(s) fresh cilantro, leaves loosely packed
1/3 cup(s) lime, fresh juice
1 Tsp cumin
1/3 cup(s) Ottavio Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Place peppers and onions on grill and cook until nicely blistered and caramelized. Remove to a bowl until cool.

Remove stems, discard, and place peppers in a blender along with onions, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, cumin and olive oil.

Blend until smooth then season to taste with salt and pepper.
