1 cup(s) H-E-B Mayo Real Mayonnaise Squeeze Bottle
1 small lime(s), juiced
1 Tsp H-E-B Garlic Salt with Parsley
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Ground Cumin
1/2 Tsp Hill Country Fare Chili Powder
1 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 ears H-E-B Intensely Sweet Corn, husk and silk removed
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic salt, cumin, and chili powder. Stir well to combine.

Heat grill to medium-high. Drizzle olive oil on corn and rub to coat. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until corn is bright yellow and slightly charred in places.

Remove corn from grill and spread mayonnaise mixture on each piece to cover. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Chef's Note: Corn can be cut off the cob and mixed with mayonnaise mixture for corn in a cup presentation.
