Grilled BBQ Pineapple with Lime and Honey

1 large pineapple, skin peeled and cut into 1/4-inch rings
1 cup(s) lime
1/3 cup(s) honey
1 Tsp kosher salt

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high.

In a small sauce pan, combine lime juice and honey with a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat to cool.

Spray grill with nonstick spray and grill pineapples on hottest part of grill for 1 to 3 minutes.

Rotate pineapple 90° and grill additional 1 to 3 minutes. Flip pineapple and repeat on the same side until pineapple has crosshatch grill marks.

Transfer pineapple to a serving tray to cool and brush each with lime-honey and serve.
