Grilled Adobo Fajita Tacos with Arbol Chili Aioli

1 Lb flat iron steaks or inside skirt steak
1 1/2 Tsp Central Market Organics Adobo Seasoning, plus more as needed to taste

Instructions

Place steak into a bowl, season liberally on all sides with adobo seasoning, cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.

Once meat is marinated, preheat grill to medium-high. Sear steaks for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until nicely marked.

Move steaks over indirect heat to finish cooking to desired doneness. 150ºF internal temperature works great for this recipe.

Allow steak to rest before cutting thinly against the grain. Season to taste as needed and serve with your favorite taco condiments.

Serve with Arbol Chili Aioli (see recipe on HEB.com/recipe). Serve with meat if desired.
