1 cup(s) long grain white rice
1/2 white onion, chopped
14 1/2 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Beef Broth
4 Oz diced mild peeled green chiles, undrained
1 Tsp oregano
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp ground cumin

Chop onion.

Combine onion, broth, chilies (with juice), oregano, salt and cumin in a 2-quart saucepan.

Bring to boil over high heat.
