1 Tbsp H-E-B Canola Oil
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Instant Rice
1 cup(s) H-E-B Salsa
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Chicken Broth

Instructions

Heat a heavy skillet over high heat for 2 minutes.

Add oil and rice. Stir-fry the rice for 1 minute or until golden.

Add salsa and chicken broth to fried rice and bring rice mixture to a boil.
