Ingredients

Recipe makes 12 Servings

2 cup(s) low sodium chicken broth
14 1/2 Oz Mexican style stewed tomatoes, undrained
14 Oz canned White Hominy, rinsed and drained
2 cup(s) chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 Tsp pepper
1 lime, cut in quarters
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped

In a 4-6 quart pot, add all ingredients, except lime and cilantro.
