30 Oz garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained thoroughly
2 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Sangrita Artesanal Santa Prisca
1 Tsp cumin
1/2 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp granulated garlic powder
1 Tsp Morton Coarse Kosher Salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and arrange a rack in center of oven.

In a bowl combine all ingredients and toss to coat beans well. Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Roast until beans are nicely browned about 30 to 40 minutes.

Allow to cool and dry out at least 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste as needed.
