4 Tbsp H-E-B Sweet Cream Salted Butter
1 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1 Tbsp H‑E‑B Diced Red Onions, small dice
2 Lb H-E-B Responsibly Raised Mussels, debearded, scrubbed and rinsed
2 Tsp Adams Reserve White Wine and Garlic Butter Seasoning
1/2 cup(s) Bread & Butter Chardonnay, works well; or any dry white wine
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream
1 1/2 Tbsp Italian Parsley, minced

Instructions

For this recipe, use a large skillet or medium-deep pot with a tight-fitting lid. Set over medium-high heat.

When pan is hot add butter, garlic, and red onion and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly. Add mussels and stir to coat.

Sprinkle seasoning over mussels then add wine. Stir once to combine, then cover and cook until mussels have opened, usually 2 to 3 minutes. Discard any that are not open after this step.

Remove mussels from pan and place in a warmed serving bowl. Turn down heat to medium and add cream to pan, stir to combine. Let mixture reduce by half, about 1 minute.

Pour sauce over mussels in bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crusty bread.
