2 Lb baking potato
1/4 cup(s) flour
1 Tsp fine sea salt
1 Tsp ground black pepper
1 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B MooTopia
1 Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip
1 cup(s) Farmland Ham Cubes

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

Peel or scrub potatoes, as desired. Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices.

Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk milk and onion blossom dip into flour mixture.

Arrange 1/3 of potatoes over bottom of baking dish. Layer 1/3 of cheese over potatoes, 1/3 of the ham cubes, then 1/3 of sauces/flour mixture.

Repeat step 4 to make two more layers and use remaining potatoes, cheese, ham, and sauce.

Cover dish with foil, place on a baking sheet and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and casserole is browned and bubbly.
