Cinnamon Sugar Dutch Apple Pie

1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
15 Oz pb gluten free pie crusts
21 Oz cherry pie filling or topping
21 Oz premium apple pie filling or topping

Instructions

Heat oven to 375°F.

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.

Unroll one pie crust and arrange in a deep dish pie pan.

Sprinkle the crust with a teaspoon of the cinnamon sugar mixture.

Pour the cherry and apple pie fillings in the crust and stir gently to mix.

Unroll the other pie crust on a floured surface and cut into 1/2 -inch strips.

Arrange the strips across the top of the pie in a lattice pattern. Fold the edges of the pie crust under to secure the lattice top.

Sprinkle the lattice pie crust with 1 to 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar.

Cover the pie with foil and place the pie on a sheet pan and bake covered 30 to 35 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake 10 more minutes or until the lattice crust is golden.
