40 medium potato chips, regular, salted, kettle or ridged
6 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Chocolate Candy Coating
40 Rolos
3 Oz Twizzlers Pull 'N' Peel Cherry Candy, preferably pull apart ropes

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay unbroken potato chips on parchment.

Peel licorice apart into individual strands and cut into 2 1/2 inch long sections.

Microwave candy coating according to package directions.

Using the back of a spoon spread a thin layer of coating on one side of potato chips. While chocolate is still soft, place a Rolo in the middle of the chip and wrap red licorice around Rolo like a hat band.

Chef's Note: For a festive, fiesta-style hat, carefully sprinkle multi-colored sprinkles around outer rim of hat while chocolate is still soft.
